Having practiced HR since 1998, Melanie confidently supports those who are grappling with people management issues, helping them to make the right decisions by offering clear, sound and considered advice.

An experienced people-manager with excellent communication skills and a highly customer-focussed attitude, Melanie has the ability to assess complex and difficult situations quickly and calmly before adding value by providing practical and realistic solutions.

Melanie holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Management, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
